October 18, 2011 October 18, 2011/ Cook Alkaline Breakfast Fried Egg with Zucchini 1 cup diced zucchini 1 egg 1 tsp. clairified butter salt and pepper In a small frying pan, heat the butter and saute the zucchini about 3 minutes. Using a spoon, move the zucchini to the outer edges of the pan to form a circle. Drop the egg in the middle and season with the salt and pepper. Cover pan and cook about 3 minutes until the egg is done.
